Soft-wash roof cleaning, tile restoration, gutter cleaning, exterior washing and painting. The right pressure for the surface, every time. Driveways and grounds work too, when you want one crew for the lot.

- Roof Cleaning Soft-wash for tile and Colorbond. The right pressure for the surface, not the other way around.
- Roof Restoration Repointing, re-bedding, repair and recoat. For tiles that have life left, not ones that need replacing.
- House Washing Soft-wash for render, weatherboard and painted brick. Mould and mildew off, paint left on.
- Exterior House Painting Prep first, paint second. Render, weatherboard, eaves and trims. Two coats, properly.
- Gutter Cleaning Cocos-palm fronds, eucalyptus litter and downpipe blockages. Before storm season, not after.
- Gutter Guard Mesh sized to your roof and tree cover. Honest about what it does and doesn't stop.

The way we work
Soft-wash, not blast-and-strip.
The right pressure for the surface.
Most operators try to solve every exterior with high pressure. That works on a concrete driveway and almost nothing else. Render gets chipped. Render mould only gets the top stripped off and the roots regrow inside a season. Colorbond chalks. Painted timber bargeboards split.
We pick the pressure for the surface, not the other way around.
A roof-safe biocide and a low-pressure rinse will lift mould at the root and leave the surface intact. A degreaser dwell-time on a concrete driveway gets oil out properly. Soft-wash detergent on render takes the black off and leaves the paint on. Every surface has its own answer.

SIMPLER job: Surface real questions + educate before selling
How do you actually price the work?
Walk-around or a few photos, then a real number on a written quote. No 'from $' on anything. The ranges on each service page are typical local ranges — your written quote depends on size, surface, access, condition and whether repairs are needed.
Are you actually insured?
Yes. Public liability insurance is held; the certificate is on request and we'd rather show it to you than just say 'fully insured' the way most sites do. Work Safe at Heights certification and Construction certification too.
Where do you actually work?
Tweed Heads down to Pottsville, west to Murwillumbah. The six suburbs with their own service-area pages are where we work week-in week-out. Bilambil, Terranora, Chinderah, Casuarina, Hastings Point, Mooball and Burringbar are the fringe — we go there, but we don't pretend we're a local presence in them.
Can we book multiple services in one visit?
Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. Roof clean, exterior wash and gutter clean in one go saves the call-out cost and means everything dries together. The grounds work (mowing, garden, rubbish) usually runs on its own cycle since it's recurring.
What's the warranty story?
There's a dedicated warranty page that lays out exactly what's covered and what isn't, per service type. The short version: workmanship is guaranteed; product life depends on the product and the surface; we tell you the realistic life span upfront rather than promising 'lifetime' anything.
